Gautam Mukherjee learnt music from Prof.A.T.kanan and smt.Annapurna devi, daughter of ustaad allauddin khan sahab. He has done many illustrious stage shows in his musical career including sharing the stage with Ali Akbar Khan Sahab, Bilayat Sahab and a Classical program with Bismillah Khan Sahab. For a person with such great gurus, he has also mentored many of the best singers from the industry Including Kavita Krishnamurthy, Sunidhi Chauhan,  Arnav Chakaraborthy and Sagarika.He has done films like “Antaheen” Music Directed by dinesh lakhan pal and “Aranyak” directd by Buddhadeb Dasgupta.
